JobRight is an AI job-matching platform with autofill, resume tailoring, and a referral-finding assistant. Their own claim: 2,000,000+ users, an 8,000,000+ job database, and a claimed 3x interview rate (per jobright.ai).
| Hiredeck | JobRight | |
|---|---|---|
| Where applications land | ✓The employer’s real form, on Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby | Autofill across its aggregated multi-source job database |
| You approve before it sends | ✓Default — nothing ships without your review | Not clearly stated whether autofill requires a review step first |
| Credits charged on | ✓Successful submissions only | Subscription tiers with capped monthly autofills, not pay-per-success |
| Published user counts | None yet — we’re pre-launch and won’t invent one | 2,000,000+ claimed, an 8,000,000+ job database, and a claimed 3x interview rate (their own figures) |
| Job database size | Smaller by design — Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby postings only | 8,000,000+ total jobs, 400,000+ new daily (their claim) |
| Referral / networking help | ✗Not part of the app | ✓Finds alumni and hiring-manager contacts for referrals |
| AI career chat assistant | ✗Not part of the app | ✓24/7 chat copilot ("Orion") for search guidance |
Where JobRight is genuinely ahead
JobRight’s referral-finding and always-on AI chat guidance are real, useful features with no Hiredeck equivalent — if what you want is a job-search copilot and the widest possible net of listings, that’s a legitimate reason to pick it over a narrower tool like Hiredeck.
The honest caveat
The 2M users, 8M jobs, and "3x interviews" figures are JobRight’s own marketing claims — verify at jobright.ai. A database that size will include listings on ATS platforms no automation tool can safely complete end-to-end; Hiredeck’s narrower list exists specifically so every card is a real, finishable application, not so it looks bigger.
