Where Simplify is genuinely ahead
Simplify genuinely shares Hiredeck’s "don’t sell your data" stance and sources listings straight from company career pages rather than scraped inboxes — of every competitor here, its values are the closest match to Hiredeck’s.
The honest caveat
The 2M users and 200M applications figures are Simplify’s own published claims — verify at simplify.jobs. The real difference is mechanism, not honesty: Simplify’s extension autofills fields as you go; Hiredeck drafts the whole application ahead of time and asks you to approve it before anything is sent.
