Where Teal is genuinely ahead
Teal’s resume builder and 2,000+ example library are more mature than anything Hiredeck offers for resume editing by hand — if you want fine-grained manual control over formatting and templates, Teal is built for that in a way a swipe-first app isn’t.
The honest caveat
The 3.2M members and "6x more interviews" figures are Teal’s own published claims — verify at tealhq.com. These tools solve different problems: Teal helps you build one great resume and track applications you send yourself; Hiredeck removes the sending. Some people want both.
